5-Day, 15-Minute Yoga Practices
Join Amber for a 5-day, 15-minute practice program intended to help you nurture and boost immunity. These nourishing, simple, and sustainable practices are now more important than ever before. A healthy immune system reduces our chances of illness and or disease. When we nurture better immune functioning through breathwork, movement, and mindfulness practices, we are proactive in our journey towards lifelong health and vitality.
What You Recieve:
Unlimited access to five pre-recorded, approximately 15-20 minute, daily practices. These practices can be repeated each day/week if desired. There is a general flow and order to these classes, but each practice is welcome to be used at user preference.
