By utilizing yoga asana energetics and pranayama practices (breathwork), we can intentionally nurture better balance and harmony at every season. In this summertime pacifying series, enjoy practices full of lateral bends and twists, as this helps to balance the excess qualities of pitta present during the summer. Twists help to detoxify the liver, and are vital in cooling the blood, while lateral bends help to cool and create spaciousness decreasing excess heat and rigidity in the body and mind.
What You Recieve:
Unlimited access to three pre-recorded, approximately 45-minute practices.
These practices can be repeated each day/week if desired.
There is a general flow and order to these classes, but each practice is welcome to be used at user preference.
