Nadi Shodhana, also known as Alternate Nostril Breathing, helps to nurture balance and harmony in the mind, body, and spirit. Nadi is a Sanskrit word meaning channel or flow, and Shodhana means purification. This breathwork practice helps to purify and cleanse the subtle channels of the mind and body.
